New Albany Rose Run Presbyterian Church is hosting a Handbell Festival on Sunday, November 23 at 7pm to benefit foster teens in Franklin County. Five local church handbell choirs will be joining together for a beautiful evening of music.

This concert event is free to the community; however, cash donations will be welcomed and used to provide Christmas gifts to foster teens who are part of the Franklin County Children’s Services.
